Raised on a family dairy farm, with hands-on experience with silage (carting, mowing, and raking), haymaking, livestock handling and general farm maintenance. Has completed two silage seasons with a large contracting business operating a John Deere 6195M hauling silage, rolling stacks. Strong mechanical aptitude with welding, fabrication, machinery repairs and engineering experience through university internships. Looking for harvest work as a chaser bin operator and happy to assist with general farm duties, workshop work and livestock tasks as required.

A qualified diesel mechanic, he has spent the past two years working on a large broadacre cropping operation where he completed two harvests on a chaser bin while also carrying out machinery maintenance and assisting with header breakdowns. Prior to farming, he spent more than three years with a major agricultural machinery dealership servicing Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Challenger and Rogator equipment. Travelling Australia with his young family in a fully self-contained caravan, he is available from early October and is open to either chaser bin or header operator opportunities. His combination of recent broadacre experience and strong mechanical skills makes him a versatile harvest candidate. His partner is also happy to help out on/off the farm if needed.

Looking for seasonal harvest work with a preference for chaser bin operations in WA. Previously placed by Rural Enterprises on multiple occasions between 2019 and 2022, with positive feedback from clients throughout that period. Experienced operating John Deere, Fendt, Case IH, New Holland and Challenger tractors, GPS autosteer systems and Grain King, Finch and Norrish chaser bins, along with spreading, tillage, pre-harvest, onion harvest and cotton picking work. Has been away from farming for the past four years while operating her own business and working in hospitality, but is keen to return to the industry for harvest work and build long-term relationships with quality farming operations. Available immediately for hay, harvest or general farm duties and willing to relocate to WA with her own vehicle. Looking for approximately $40/hour (neg).
